This is starting to get really ugly. I'd like to say that if I was Mr.Gibson I'd find a dramatic way to silence and circumvent my detractors and get the film out as is. Sadly, I suspect he's under really, really heavy pressure, and might have to decide between putting out a bad, castrated Christian movie or nothing at all. That is a damn hard decision to make. I really am beginning to take offense at the attempt by some Jewish groups to link this movie and the Christian Faith to the Holocaust. We have a Christian Educators Organization "Starting the School Year with Prayer" rally each August and the local Jewish rabbi wanted us to give her a platforn during our event. We politely advised her that would not beappropaite and that she could go and have her own rally somewhere.

Mel Gibson's new un-released movie has now been retitled "The Gay Passion." It's now the poignant story of beautiful you boy who grows up on the wild streets of New York City as a "chicken" for Lou Reed.

His transgendered name, Tawny, gets him into the Hitlery Crinton High School for sexually confused anal virgins which was just opened with all unisex bathrooms done in a lovely puce and cream.

While taking "Gay Woodshop" he becomes a carpenter to the quessns of New York. In one of the opening scenes we see a very gay "Bruce" jesus in the Village being shtupped by none other William Jeffereson Clinton der Schlickmeister a Democrat bath house fundraiser.

Apparently the Jews want the scene thrown out where Clinton calls the waif-like towel-boy a f***ing Jew B****** and stiffs the kid on the tip.

The incredible irony here is that the absurd criticisms of Gibsons movie coming from the usual left-wing sniveling wing of the Jewish population (which are in fact implicity bigoted and anti-Christian) are going to engender more anti-Semitism than Gibson's movie ever will. Obviously these elements of the Jewish community have very little regard for, and in fact are disdainful of, the deeply held beliefs of traditional Catholics and evangelical Protestants as reflected accurately in Gibson's movie. This approach will, in the end result, be extremely counter-productive insofar as the Jewish community in North America is concerned. As the refrain from a certain drinking song goes: "I don't give a damn for any man who doesn't give a damn for me". The ADL and the Weisenthal Center should just shut the f.... up. Right now. Before they do any more harm.

There's no excuse for anyone to send hate mail saying these things, but there is also no excuse for the Wiesenthal Center to criticize a movie that hasn't even been released yet. If you ask me, they are the ones that precipitated the mail they received (if they actually received any), not Mel Gibson's movie.
