The zoom lens view from the 5th-floor deck of my building, looking at the masses of people walking right up the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge.
Of course, Mayor Doofus stood in the middle of the bridge to shake people's hands and get some face time, but only served to block foot traffic and got heckled for it, from what I understand.

I was one of the lucky ones, since my job is very close to my home, I was frustrated with mayor doofus for not giving, on the minimum, best and worst case scenario's for time, or at least saying, he wouldn't know when the power would come back on.
Instead we got a lot of jibe, starting with the 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 hours, to later on, "as soon as possible" and lets thank new yorkers stuff.

"Of course, Mayor Doofus stood in the middle of the bridge to shake people's hands and get some face time, but only served to block foot traffic and got heckled for it, from what I understand"I sure hope he got heckled. I was a tad peeved this morning to hear the talking heads comment on his show of leadership during this crisis when the first thing he did was to hold a televised press conference in order to reassure millions of residents who could neither see nor hear him due to a lack of electricity that everything was under control and advise them to check and make sure their refrigerator doors were closed.
