Of course, Mayor Doofus stood in the middle of the bridge to shake people's hands and get some face time, but only served to block foot traffic and got heckled for it, from what I understand.

If I had had the chance, I would have cursed at him. I was one of the lucky ones, since my job is very close to my home, I was frustrated with mayor doofus for not giving, on the minimum, best and worst case scenario's for time, or at least saying, he wouldn't know when the power would come back on.

Instead we got a lot of jibe, starting with the 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 hours, to later on, "as soon as possible" and lets thank new yorkers stuff.

Bloomberg around 4:45pm yesterday was on the radio saying power would be back up in the City in a few hours.
