LOS ANGELES (AP) - A 23-year-old woman was charged with killing her newborn son and putting his body in a trunk, the district attorney's office said.

Maria Legarda, of the Los Angeles suburb North Hills, was charged with one count each of murder and assault on a child causing death, the district attorney's office said. She faces a maximum of life in prison.

There are more and more of these inhuman murders. It's amazing that the pro-abortionists can't see that advocating killing babies in the womb frees up women to kill them after they leave the womb. This so sickens me. Women, whose instrinsic nature is to be mothers, turning into witches who kill. It's one of the examples of how our hedonist/secular humanist/moral relativist society is turning everything inside out.

That's because STATE LAW allows for the charge if the baby would be viable outside the womb. Connor was over 8 mos. which makes it a really good probability that the baby would have survived if he had been born on Christmas day.
