And in NM the environwhackos have gone to court to take water away from farmers and the city of Albuquerque to keep an "endangered" minnow alive. I put the word "endangered" in quotes due to the fact that the minnow has survived thousands of years of wet and dry cycles by itself and needs no help from man.
