Hopefully it will end up doing what the last hurricane did, creating a nice monsoonal flow over AZ, NM, and CO. This part of the country has had serious drought problems, and the last hurricane was a huge blessing. Lake Powell needs a serious filling as well.

You know it bud. Hope this season's monsoon fills up Lake Mead, Glen Canyon, Roosevelt, Apache, and Barlett while she's at it.
4 year drought in Arizona and northern Mexico worst drought in 100 years. Come on Erika, the southwest needs some lakes refilled.
