Hi again, Max. The point of my earlier reply, which I think you missed, is that your presentation of this picture, as stated above, mischaracterizes the iotent of the picture. It is clear to me and, I think, most anyone visiting the website that the intent of the picture is to enhance the story about joint US/Israeli efforts in fighting terrorism. However, your thread makes no meantion of this picture being used in conjunction with this article, and is, therefore, misleading.
In other workds, you could have said "Look at the picture from the majority leader's website that Tom Delay includes with a story about the joint US/Israeli efforts in combating terrorism!" But while this would be much more accurate, it wouldn't suppport your interpretation of the picture, and so, by omission, you chose to mislead.
