sounds like a good lawyer could win the case that the federal government is breaking the constitutional ban on taxing citizens

You're welcome. It took me a lot of careful thought and study to finally figure out where
Larken Rose was coming from too (in his Taxable Income report), but that's because the IRS statutes and regulations are so incredibly, and as Rose argues, deliberately, obscure, obtuse, tangled, and incomprehensible.

I was impressed with the scope of your knowledge
and your ability to communicate it.
I would suggest that this could ( God forbid )
start a grass roots movement by getting this kind of information
AND perspective out to enough folks.
If things don't change... they'll stay the same.

Thanks for your compliment. The only thing I can take credit for is my ability to concisely summarize Larken Rose's Taxable Income report - everything I said goes directly back to that work.
Larken is working hard on getting this kind of information out to people - link your home page to
http://www.taxableincome.net/ if you'd like to help.
I'm not a lawyer, but stepping very carefully through this law I find it seems to speak for itself. I suspect that questions about it are among those that former IRS agent Joe Banister (
http://www.freedomabovefortune.com/ ) asked of his superiors before he was forced for asking them.

Sorry for the duplicate, folks - working through a 1-second latency satellite link trying to force its way through clouds and rain.
