Neumayr is trying to bait California conservatives. It won't work. This recall is about holding a lying politician/powergoon to responsibility for the horrific mess he's made of California's economy. This election isn't about conservative issues like abortion, or homosexual rights. And who knows, if Arnold gets elected, he may grow to appreciate conservative values as he deals with the liberal pukes seeking to mutate this nation into socialism-land.

What an idiot this author is. Nowhere does he even address the disaster that the state is in financially and this is what the recall is all about. It's not about sex. Nobody is reaclling Davis because he's leading a morally deficent life. It's about the budget stupid.

Exactly if Arnold wins he gains control of the State
party and that means conservatives no longer
have a voice on any issues.
This is not the way to advance the conservative
agenda but to destroy it.

So many who don't live in California seem to nurse this notion that this recall isn't about money, and impending financial catastrophe. If these folks really want to change the major issue in this election, they should arrange to send about 30 billion out this way. Maybe Bush can arrange it.

"This is not the way to advance the conservative agenda but to destroy it." Unfortunately, losing is not the way to advance it either.

Gee, I didn`t know the Conservative agenda was still alive in the Land of Fruits and Nuts. I do know that Arnold agrees with my views one hell of lot more then Grey out and his swedt Lt. Gov.. Tis time for California Conseratives to try to win for a change and then try to bring the poli closer to our position. Or, vote for the loser and then try to make changes. LOL

This guy was Limbaugh's source for the mud slinging campaign he started against AS last week. I understand that Limbaugh's performance today was worthy of Cirque du Soleil-a lot of back flips and contortions trying to deny he ever uttered a negative word against AS.

They know that he is a Kennedy Republican, that is, a nominal Republican who will advance the views and values of Kennedy liberals under the false flag of Republicanism. This is good.

This recall is about holding a lying politician/powergoon to responsibility for the horrific mess he's made of California's economy. How is Arnie going to fix these problems when he just shredded his soft image as a "fiscal conservative" with the hiring of Buffet (D)? Only Soros is a bigger douchebag of a billionare.
And who knows, if Arnold gets elected, he may grow to appreciate conservative values as he deals with the liberal pukes seeking to mutate this nation into socialism-land.
Don't count on it. Most people with a political ideology have it formed by age 16. They usually stick by it for the rest of their lives withstanding a severe realigning event (eg. Great Depression, 9/11).
And, so far, it hasn't worked for this guy.

Reagan registered with the Republican Party to stop liberals, not elect them. Schwarzenegger's campaign is not the return of Reagan's California party, but definitive proof of its collapse. A party that abandons its agenda "to win" will have no agenda to promote once it does.
George Neumayr, a writer in Southern California, contributes frequently to The American Prowler and The American Spectator.
I think I love this man.
