Ironically, the various affirmative action laws here in the U.S. effectively serve as a great tool for employers who are trying to assess prospective hires. If you go out and hire only white male graduates from a state university system, you can't go wrong. These people are the only racial/ethnic group that is regularly discriminated against as a matter of standard public policy, so the ones that make it this far are usually the cream of the crop.

The extinction of the old-style white professional male is already far advanced and within a generation it will be complete.

It's been going on for years in the Blue Collar community. Nobody said a word, except for "you're lazy, unskilled, unqualified, dumb." About time the White collars woke up and realized the truth.

Nephew works at a major installation of the federal Dept of Transportation, run by 'rat Norm Minetta. Nephew's white male friend has worked at the same installation for twenty years and intended to apply for a high-level position as branch manager which was about to open up. Friend was told by higher-ups not to bother to apply, the job was already ear-marked for a black female....

This white male professional retired as early as he could in part because he no longer wanted to work in an atmosphere where this sort of betrayal of years of service and accomplishment has become common.....

The funny thing is that as a programmer, I am the only and I mean only, white male native with whom I work on a regular basis.

The vast majority are immigrants. The balance is made up of women.

So what are all the white guys doing? They are the salesmen. And they are much better paid. They work less and don't have to think nearly as hard. It is a much better deal. They are promoted up the ladder.
