MAJOR Freep Needed! NBC needs to learn a lesson!

NBC should be boycotted with everything we've got. I'm not just talking about not watching the channel. We gotta get the word out get others not to watch the channel as well.

Like many others I leave the TV on while I do other things. So I had the TV on NBC tonight and I see an add for WHOOPI FRIGGIN Goldberg's new show Whoopi.

She's apparently and quite brazenly putting an Islamic actor as the main character to try and make people more comfortable around Arabs. Its the shows focal point. At one point in the preview the Arab says...

"I'm going to put the fun in fundamentalism!"

What kind of crap is this? I know I don't watch NBC, and many of you don't either. But many of us have friends and relatives who do. They wouldn't be putting this crap on if enough people complained.

I can't even watch TV anymore. Clicking through the channels tonight. NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, WB,...5 TRASHY REALITY SHOWS ON AT ONCE. I absoltely hate those reality shows with every fiber of my being damn it, LOL!

Anyways back to the main point of this post. We gotta create enough of a stir that we get Whoopi's show pulled! ABC wouldn't go ahead with Janene Barfalos show cause they were afraid of the stir it would cause.

Whoopi is identical to Janene. It appears the entire reason of Whoopi's show is to get people to feel more comfortable around Arabs.

Well Whoopi..."the folks" as Bill O'Reilly might say...would feel more comfortable around Arabs if they weren't always going around killing, maiming and torturing other people!

If you had an entire culture and race full of Charles Mansons out there running around, we wouldn't feel very comfortable around them either!

You couldn't make a TV show encouraging people to "feel more comfortable" around Charles now could you?

Haven't seen the show, so I can't comment on it. But I Googled the actor in question, Omid Djalili, and he's not Muslim.
