If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious and this is her reply A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen
Fellow Freepers .I bring you Logan!!!
prayer bump
You got it!
ROFL!
That is the best picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks TC for the update, Logan is in my prayers.
This might be another one of those "man things".
Logan will come through this just like Stephen did.
He's climbed lots bigger mountains than this.
Your profile page is awesome!
I rarely look at profile pages, but yours is great!
Thanks for the prayers for the little punkin and the family.
Thanks, dandelion.
Most people don't understand that.
I know there has to be times around Logan's house when everyone is not grinning, but I've never seen it!
Beautiful pictures, beautiful baby, beautiful Mama!
Especially love the Tooth!!!!!!
Prayers continue and may his digestive problems pass.
Thanks for keeping us up-to-date.
LOL.... He may get you one day for sure!
I took one of my oldest son the first time he used the big toilet. He hates that picture. It's not like I take it out and show everyone! And, you don't see any private things! LOL.
So sad to hear our little toot is not feeling well. My thoughts are with him and I know that pretty soon, he's going to be right back to his feisty little self. Smooches and hugs for the Termite. I see the Tooth Fairy paid him a visit.

God, bless the Tigre!
OK, you don't have to rub it in! <;)

Logan sounds like he has a sensitive tummy, like I do. Is he too young for baking soda & water? That's what I take before each meal (1/2 tsp 3x a day). It really helps. (I wonder if he could take a reduced dosage - ask the doctor - it's better than drugs). It also sounds like he has food sensitivities. For instance, I can't eat a tuna sub with tomatoes or pickles - it will make my stomach jitter like crazy. You just have to know what foods affect you - what you can eat, and what you can't eat, no matter how much you like them. I also keep a food diary* (and have for years). So I can totally relate to Logan's tummy troubles.
*It's a combination daily journal/food diary/dream journal/anything else I can think of.
Prayers for Logan and for his wonderful Nana!
Right now Logan likes sweet potatoes and turkey.
THAT'S ALL!
You try to stuff some fruit down this boy, and he'll spit it back at you!
I remember mine wouldn't eat anything that didn't have applesauce in it. Logan hates applesauce!
I always figured that the body would tell you what it needs, and, evidently, Logan's body says he needs lots of sweet potatoes and turkey!
I love the shots of Logan at his keyboard. And all the rest of them too. He just lights up my heart.
Always prayers for this precious baby boy and his familiy. How is Nana?
