If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious
and this is her reply
A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years
but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen

What's going on NMGA?
Your own boys are sick?
In the hospital?
Are they ok?
How old are your boys?
I have 2 boys also.... (Sometimes seams so weird that I am a mom... although I have been for almost 4 years)
Did I miss the part where we pray for YOU?

Those eyes reach into your soul with a warm love that washes away all the troubles of the world. It's those eyes that made my tears flow and my knees weak. They say, "I am pure, unconditional love brought to you by our Father." My wife and daughter pointed that out this morning.
more prayers for you Logan. get well.

You got that right TC!
Thousands and thousands~
I have been praying all day!
Thanks again for your time.
Today I was thinking about how much you probably want to be at the hospital... I wanted to thank you for being home and keeping us posted with the updates~
I really appreciate it!
Although with the whole Semper Fi thing I shouldn't be surprised at all!

Oh gosh no. My boys will be fine. My older son, 5 1/2 had to be rushed to the emergency last week and we were there until 4:00 AM. His heart was racing and he was having trouble breathing. He has something called reactive respitory disease. He is recovering nicley, I am still dazed from it. He should outgrow it. I am taking him for tests on Thursday. It is not life threathening. My miracle baby is 14 months. He has a really bad cold and can't breath while laying down so I have to sleep with him on my chest so he can sit up and sleep. It is not serious. I think we all suffer from allergies.
I was just trying to explain why my posts are rambling, and mushy and full of typos.
I have nothing going on like the parents of Sara Grace, Logan, Jesse, Eli, Richard or Ryan. My heartfelt prayers to those parents because I can barley it make it through cold season here with out falling apart. My hat is off to each one of you.
And to each parent/grandparent here who has lost a child: I can not understand the pain, I can barley recognize that hurt. I have no idea. I hope you feel your child's love as little angel kisses in the night.
Thanks for asking. Everything here is fine, but I have a great need to know Logan is oaky. Then I will better and get some more sleep. You too, huh?

Oh and I wanted to add that my husband goes out of town for work a bit, and it wears me out when he is gone. I give you a lot of credit for being able to care for your children alone while your husband is gone. That is a hard job. I give you alot of credit. We owe the spouses of our troops and big thank you. So, from me to you thank you for what you do for our country.

Three more votes for the eyes from my houshold and I can give you 7 in the "effected" column.
Thanks , again, for your updates. I really beieve you are doing God's work by helping us to rally see Logan. As you know, I hardly know the HTML basics. I know there is Freeper bootcamp for peopel liek me.. but I always get side tracked when I log on.
BTW, is there anything else going on here at FR? I think this is the All Logan all the time website. Somehow even what the liberals are doing matters little to me.
Huh? Did I really say that ? Boy , now I know Logan has rocked my world!

And still more prayers this morning, made in church, for the little guy.

I've been away from the computer for a few days and missed Logan's surgery. Nevertheless, I've been praying for him daily, and I'm relieved to see that he's coming up again.
Dear Lord, please keep this little one safe and his family comforted.

"I don't know who Louie is but..." His screen name is ST.LOUIE1.
He's an old time freeper friend, and a really fine guy.
If you see him on the forum, just give him a cyber hug.
He didn't want any credit, but it took a lot of work to make that.

Well, I'm back from our weekend trip. I had been in contact with Logan's Nana to get verbal updates. She said today, "Just wait till you get home and see the thread". I KNEW you'd all come through for our boy and his family. Little did I know the extent to which it would happen.
Cowboy, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you so much for keeping everyone posted as to our boy's status. I know how busy you are right now and to have taken SO MUCH TIME and LOVE for this....well, I can't quite put into words how I feel. I think when you hear my message on your cell, you'll get a feel for it.
Freepers, thank you so much. Thank you for the pictures, for the WONDERFUL prayers, for checking in so very often, for passing the needs of Logan and all of his buddies on to your friends and churches.
Do you remember when this thread first started? How I had asked Logan's Nana for anything specific? She said to say a prayer of thanks for the miracle called Logan. He's sure is that, isn't he, a miracle baby. He's his Mommy's, his Daddy's, his extended family's, and he's our miracle baby. God has been SO GOOD to us by allowing us into that little boy's life.
I'm rambling. I'm sorry....I just want each of you to know how much this means to me that one thread for prayer has turned into this.
Beth is either on the way home from the hospital now or calling her mom from there, so an update will be coming soon. I do know that those prayers are INCREDIBLY NEEDED yet. Cowboy, you can post if you want or if you need me to, just let me know.

'Please keep praying with me, friends. This day is critical.'
Baby Logan. . .'Termite'. . .is carried now, in so many hearts; may the love and prayers sent his way joined with God's Grace continue to help him grow, breath by breath, into health.
We are praying for his strength; but one look at those eyes; and I feel like he is carrying all of us.

Welcome back. I thought you were going to be gone longer. I kept thinking of you on your trip. I hope it went well! I have just been sitting here by the computer, in between answering calls from my kids. Everyone knows they can find me near one of the computers these days.
They walk by and say "Oh, hi Mom ,there you are.. how is Logan? When you are done checking on him could you do......" As if That is all I have to do on this computer is check on Logan ;}
Glad you are back. I am just waiting for an update. And of course....... praying.

Welcome back! We continue to lift Logan up for healing and blessing...
To: cubreporter
Geeez the more I read the more my heart hurts and the tears come.PLEASE GOD...take care of this little baby? PLEASE? Don't worry -- it's gonna be fine. But isn't amazing how this one little guy has brought God's healing grace to so many?
I can't speak for anybody else, but this prayer vigil for Logan is just one of those Times where God's love reaches out to me with the most fragile, and yet the strongest, little hands. I just love this little guy, and his parents, and all of the people who have been hanging on every update. This is what it means to be the body of Christ.
God is love. This is how He works. He has brought us together through this one little baby, and so we're praying for Logan, and for so many others now ... and it helps us, too.
Praise God, from whom all blessings flow.
And PLEASE, God, do take care of this little baby.

Oh, I know. I have faith in God that this will all end well but in the meantime it breaks my heart. Yes, good people coming together through the perils of a little baby. I know God will keep His hand on Logan's shoulder through it all.
