Prayers from Ohio. O Lord, protect Your precious innocent creations in a powerful way.
Dear Lord, bless Your daughter with breath
and strength, inner vitality to withstand
this latest challenge. Bless her docs and
comfort her worried family, in Jesus’ name.
Prayers for this sweet little one and her family.

May God make his loving presence known to them as He comforts, blesses and strengthens them. May He bless, strengthen and sustain little Layla. May He guide the hands of the surgeon and grant all the medical team the wisdom and ready recollection of all the knowledge needed to be His intruments to see Layla through this difficult time.
"So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance." (Romans 8: 26)
"ALSO [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to lose heart, and give up." (Luke 18:1)
Thank you for praying, dear albie. But, the little one in need of urgent prayer is Logan's little cousin, Layla Ann. See the above post.
She is another precious little one like Logan was when he was born.
Sorry for the confusion. Will fix. Prayers to you and your family!
Prayers for you and yours too. : )
Dear Lord,
Thank you for tiny Layla.
Both I and my child were born two months early.
We know YOU took care of us and we know YOU
love all your children.
Layla is going to have heart surgery on Thursday.
Please guide the doctors, nurses and caregivers as they tend
to Layla.
Please touch Layla with your healing touch as we lift up Layla
to you in prayer.
Please comfort Layla’s parents.
Your will be done Lord.
In Jesus’ Holy Name.
Amen.
Prayers up for this very small one.
Oh she is such an itty bitty little sweetheart!
Fight, little Layla!
Sending prayers for Layla as soon as I stop typing!
Thank you for the ping Kitty Mittens! I am praying for little bitty Layla and her family.
Thank you so much for the ping. I join in fervent prayer for Layla Ann, and for her parents and family members as well.
I join in fervent prayer for your precious granddaughter. Prayers also being said for you & your whole family, and of course Layla’s parents, especially! I am also praying for Layla’s medical staff - for wisdom in the decisions they are having to make at this time to help her - and for God to guide the Surgeon’s hand throughout her surgery tomorrow.
Please know that there are MANY, MANY people praying for her. May God hold you all in His embrace, and fortify you all with strength, courage, and hope.
Prayers for the little one.
Sure.
I just talked to Layla’s GM and she is better tonight. She has stabilized a bit and they plan to do the heart surgery in the morning if she holds as she is now. They feel that the PDA valve is what’s causing a lot of her problems.
Prayers are being heard, and answered for right now in an affirmative “yes”. She has to be one tough baby girl. She was born not 2 months early, but 3!! To be precise, she was born at 24 weeks and 1 day.
As soon as I hear something, I will post again. In the meantime, PLEASE keep the baby and her mommy and daddy in your prayers..along with all who treat and care for her and others like her.
Blessings... and Thank You.
Nana
Thank you for the pictures. Prayers continue...
Healing prayers going up for Layla.May God guide her medical team...and give strength and comfort to her loved ones.
