If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious
and this is her reply
A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years
but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for the love of Christ for His children, for therein we learn of love, one for another. And it is our delight, O God, to see such love between Texas Cowboy and little Logan ... surely You have brought them to us for reasons that shall stretch far into eternity ... but of this we are certain ... the Cowboy was there for the Termite in his hours of need, and now the boy and his family are here for their beloved friend, cheering him on to the fullness of health. Blessed be Your Name, O Lord, now and forevermore, for great wonders You have wrought.
Large is the family, Merciful Father, that continues in prayer for our beloved TC. May each prayer be a measure of strength for him ... may each whisper of his name before the Throne of Grace be a command to send each chemical to its targeted destination ... may each "Amen" be an assurance that Faith's beloved father will enjoy a full measure of days with family and friends. Look with mercy upon the desires of our hearts ... walk by our friend, O God, that he might touch the hem of Your garment and be healed.
As we have knit our hearts as one for one tiny baby, so we continue to knit our hearts for one wonderful friend ... to You, O God, be the glory ... great things You have done, and continue to do. In the Name of Jesus, we praise You, Amen ...

Praying faithfully every day that God will surround you with His providential care, bless you in your every need, and bless and guide every decision and treatment, for your successful return to good health, TC.
Praying that the treatments will cause minimum negative side effects, and maximum positive results. May He comfort and give you strength, patience, and endurance through it all.
May you always be "casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7) And, remembering that "Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning." (Psalm 30:5)
God bless you and your family. Prayers for Faith too.

As usual Pegita... the prayer you offer brings tears of joy and gratitude to us. You have remained steadfast in your love for Logan....never failing to express in words what so many of us feel in our hearts.
Now you add TC. Thank you. He and Logan are bound by God and their love for each other and for Him. Indeed he was there for Logan and now the little one is there for TC. Hopefully Logan will bring a smile to a warrior's face and remind him that God's mercy and love abounds.
God bless you and may His love shine upon you forever.

Good morning, Cowboy.
We were in OH and WV for 9 days so I've missed any news. It is great to hear from you and know that you will be starting the treatments soon.
We will continue to hang with you and will keep you in our prayers.
Looking forward to seeing you in our area whenever you feel like making the trek.
Please, Father, hold Elroy in your healing embrace. Amen.
Thanks for the ping BG.
