California Democratic Party Spokesman Bob Mulholland this weekend warned Arnold Schwarzenegger that "real bullets" will be coming his way during his campaign to be governor, just as opponants race to find alleged videos which claim to show the movie star groping women... Developing...

This will backfire on the Dems. Arnold is a very well liked "celebrity". He comes accross as a good guy. By smearing him the dems are smearing someone many people are pulling for.
It may have the same effect as the Wellstone Funeral-rally. A real nationwide as well as California tunoff.

Bob dislikes can't be all bad. Precisely. There is a new thread that just come out that says he backed prop 187.

Bob Mullholland ought to be questioned thoroughly by the authorities as to exactly how and what he knows about real bullets for Arnold. What a think to say unless you knew of a plot!!!
To: John Jorsett
This has Bill and Hillary written all over it. They are forever blathering about the Republicans and "politics of personal destruction" when they are the ones who perfected it to a science. They always take their own worst traits and project them onto others.

XXXXX DRUDGE REPORT XXXXX SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1999 23:58:42 ET XXXXX
FEAR OF NUDE PICTURE ROCKS CAMPAIGN 2000 STAR
**World Exclusive**
The DRUDGE REPORT has learned that a campaign 2000 star recently hired one
of the nation's top private investigators to search the underground, the
overground and even the playground to determine what is out there that could
be used against the candidate during the upcoming presidential race!
In recent days, advisers close to the campaign 2000 star have grown very
concerned that there may be one visual ticking timebomb that could explode
all over the mediascape if the candidate makes a run for the White House: A
picture of the hotshot without any clothes on, dancing on top of a bar!
"Not that it matters after what we've been through with Bill Clinton," one
well-placed campaign source explains, "but we do need to know what could be
used against us. We do not even know if there is a picture out there...
we're getting to the bottom of it."

Those of us who've been here awhile, know Matt Drudge has issues with Free Republic. IOW's he has no respect for our forum, and won't LINK his site to ours.
The heck with him.

It depends on your definition of 'the'.

Just learned that the DNC has installed two PI's in an office in Oklahoma City to dig up dirt on any Republican candidate running for Congress/Senate/State House/State Senate. If they did it here in Oklahoma with two PI's, you can bet they are doing it in other states with more. They are rumored to be from the Terry Lenzner PI firm!
The Clinton sleeze machine is gearing up big time for 2004 and is getting a dry run in the Davis recall would be my guess!
Cannot believe they have sent their sleeze to Oklahoma -- that's what happens when ultra-right conservatives decide to sit out an election or vote for an Indy to punish Largent for supporting Elian being with his Father -- you get a RAT Governor and with that you get the DNC in the State.

Arnold need to get a restraining order against this guy ASAP, and putting out a press release about this threat will push the Rats on the verbal defensive. Any other candidate would also be justified in asking the courts for a restraining order as well.
When Arnold announced his candidacy and said he couldn't be bought off, I thought he should have completed the idea by saying that if anyone goes after his family, he would pursue them to the ends of the earth. After the spokesRat's remark, Arnold would appear justified in saying it.
Pro-family value bump.

Unbelievable. If Mulholland's head doesn't roll, I will want to know why. No one remotely near any position of power should be allowed such irresponsible, despicable speech. What an unprincipled barbarian. May the people see what this man, and his party, is.
