"Meet the Author"???? Oh, the author is going to be there, too. Everything in that book, we already knew and MUCH more.

...crowds of up to 2,000 people who have given her rock-star receptions at book-signings across the country.

Where did that happen?

You know, I'm reading the Harry Potter series to my nephew right now, because I hadn't read them yet.

Bush has been trashed so much by the media and the left saying he is traveling too much and not taking care of business at home.
Not a word about Hillary doing the same with her book tour .

Yeah...I bet she has made all sorts of time in her life to do selfless acts like this. What's she do...read to him over the cell-phone between book signings?

But now that Harry and I have been together now [on best seller lists and in store events], I figured I'd better know what's going on in his life.

In that case, she should read "Treason" to her nephew, too.

Except for the single fictional passage about when Bill fessed up about Monica, has anyone in the media talked about what is actually in this book? All I've heard is how many books have been sold and the long lines of worshippers at the book signings.

Do you think your husband's getting nervous about whether his memoir [to be published next year] will do as well?

There will be more lies in his book than hers had. This is the only couple ever known to have been in office for so long, who cannot remember ANYTHING until they decide to publish their memoirs which should be declared lies.

Q: You weren't exactly known for your sense of humor when you were first lady...

A: Well, I've always had one. [She laughs.]

Is there a FReep in the works? I know we have lots of FReepers in Georgia. I'd surely hate to see her get a pass anywhere in the country, but especially in the south.

A: I think some of it is in part because of the positions we have taken and championed over the years. Some of it is because we are progressives, and some people get very intense in their opposition to the positions we take. I think it has a lot to do with the ongoing struggles in our country over what direction we should be heading.

I love it! She said it! So much for her trying to position herself as a centrist! This quote is a keeper. PROGRESSIVES are SOCIALIST/FASCIST control freaks.

.....and hearing what's on people's minds.

At six second clips.

On hilly's sense of humor:

I guess I didn't have much chance to display it during the very difficult, challenging eight years of Bill's administration.

We didn't find much amusing during bill's administration either.

I'm sorry, but that is a FUNNY title. Am I the only one who's giggling?

It's almost as funny as the Fox crawler in 2001, quoting Madeline Albright as saying that the Clinton Admin was unable to get Osama "due to lack of intelligence".

Having signed more than 20,000 books, by her own estimate

I'm sure passages like this assure the good people of New York that she's working darn hard for them.
