Dulcie-the-Clinton-Crotch-Chomping-Calico is pondering the implications of having her picture posted on a thread about fat kitties.
Just thought I'd warn you...LOL

Look at Post #45. Bad cat! Bit, my largest, once stole a piece of bacon out of my hamburger. Perhaps one of the most evil deeds I've ever been witness to.

Include them in the class action. Toss IAMs and Purina in with Micky dees, Nabisco and Hostess.

The bad boy in post #45 is my buddy Joe...
He likes the Adkins diet! ;-)

Bad cat! Bit, my largest, once stole a piece of bacon out of my hamburger. Perhaps one of the most evil deeds I've ever been witness to. My Finbar stole a piece of bacon right out of the frying pan once. I had just put the bacon in and left the kitchen for a minute. I came back to find Finbar up on the counter by the stove with a piece of raw bacon dangling from his mouth. Bad kitty!

Thanks so much for getting this thread started! I have enjoyed the fat cat pictures so much. God bless our cats. My two cats are named Bones and Osama. Can you guess how Osama got her name?

Can you guess how Osama got her name?I wanted to guess . . . she's a "holy terror" (like my male Himalayan) but then there's nothing holy about OBL. So! I give up . . . how'd Osama get her name?
BTW, I read your profile . . . damn! You rock young lady!

My cat, Georgio W. Bush likes to sleep while I FREEP....we put him on Iam's Weight Control food & it keeps him fit & trim.... Georgio looks like my Cleo. Don't have pictures of her, though. She's my computer cat - the others wander in when they aren't busy, but if she isn't eating or umm...doing her business, she's stationed at the computer.
I wonder if she Freeps while I'm at work? Hmm...

When we first got her, she made our lives a living hell! You know that character in Pink Panther movies - Kato - Well our kitten would POUNCE on us out of nowhere in the middle of the night. Both of us would go to work the next morning bleeding and wounded! She'd go for your feet or your head or your hands. It's funny NOW. Anyway, her name was Capuccino but my husband started calling her "Osama". What happened finally was that we decided to get her a companion to play with so she'd leave us alone. After about a month of torture, we brought her brother Bones into the picture. They have the most wonderful relationship you can imagine. The kittens are a year old now and they have calmed down quite a bit, although they still chase each other and romp and attack and all that stuff. By the way, Bones fetches a ball just like a dog. Don't you just love cats?! I know you do.

LOL! Right there! That's exactly how our cat "Osama" got her name. She would attack unmercifully out of nowhere! LOL!

Sadly, my cat is the only member of my household at his ideal weight.LOL! (I know the feeling.)
