He DOES support school choice. He doesn't stand a chance in he!! of getting it passed right now. We need not only him, but a CLEAR REPUBLICAN MAJORITY IN THE SENATE in '04.

Give me a break. The GOP controls both houses of Congress and there has not been one serious conservative domestic initiative (save the tax cut). If Bush supports school choice so much why did he have that DOE lovefest with Teddy Kennedy? He didn't even try to get it passed. I don't think for one minute that the GOP would try to do anything "rash" (i.e. a nationwide concealed carry or a 15% reduction in spending) if they had a very clear majority in both houses.
