Ginsburg: America Is Not Enough
August 5, 2003

My friends, I have something shocking to discuss with you and I'm not just pulling that word out of the air for dramatic effect - I genuinely mean this.

The Associated Press reported the following over the weekend: “The Supreme Court is looking beyond America's borders for guidance in handling cases on issues like the death penalty and gay rights, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Saturday. The justices referred to the findings of foreign courts this summer in their own ruling that states may not punish gay couples for having sex. And in 2002, the court said that executing mentally retarded people is unconstitutionally cruel. That ruling noted that the practice was opposed internationally.”

The US is a member of:

International Court of Justice
International Commission of Jurists
International Chamber of Commerce which has an International Court of Arbitration
International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (initiatives can be LAWS)- heard of Agenda21?
International World Customs (w/their own tribunal)
International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea

The US is a member of all of them and more. And we get many of our laws and programs from them.

Well, The Constitution supercedes all of them and more.

That would apply if only the U.S. businesses that participate in the international organizations and courts cared a whit about the Constitution vs. all the money they make by climbing on the we-make-the-laws so we-make-the-money bandwagon.

Exactly what part(s) of the Constitution are businesses in violation of?

Oath recited by members of the SCOTUS:

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.''

Several of these organizations have US citizen data voluntarily "donated" by businesses. For instance, there's an International Labour Organization (UN) that now has a global social security database and something they call a primary database. US businesses contributed data to these, and I'm sure you weren't asked if you and your ssn were ok to share w/every other idiot on the planet.

Then there are the US insurers/reinsurers who are going to voluntarily "donate" your data to the International Insurance Relations Committee:
"The Financial Stability Forum (FSF) in conjuction with the IAIS, World Bank, and the IMF are attempting to create a global reinsurance database through a project called Task Force RE. A draft database template has been produced and further discussion on the format.....The current proposal is to have the Top 50 global reinsurers voluntarily submit information to their domestic supervisors, who would then submit the data to the database...."

I'm certain that the agendas of the International Commission of Jurists (human rights, gender based issues, etc.) were behind the action seen in the state of PA 12/02, where an unConstitutional bill was passed called "Ethnic Intimidation."

I admit it's hard to trace some of these things, but some are just obvious.

I HATE Ginsburg. Forget this nonsense about the SC politicizing itself during the 2000 recount- it had to because Al Gore tried to sue his way to victory and they had to determine whether Gore could change the election rules or not- and they determined "no he could not". The one justice who is involved overtly in politics is Ginsburg. Her rhetoric and behavior have been deplorable...the level of a partisan hack, not a member of a Supreme Court Justice. She chilidishly insulted Tom Delay (why is a Justice getting into a foodfight with a congressman?) for owning an insect extermination company. She's now giving partisan, highly politcial exhortations to a new liberal legal firm aimed at redefining the Constitution (that Hillary was also involved in). And now this- using foreign rulings to supercede the Constitution. She is an embarassment and hasn't demonstrated the dignity and impartiality that we expect from the SC.

The FL courts also made fools of themselves (I was embarressed to live there at the time), and made rulings that directly violated the state's laws/constitution. Courts do this more and more, and who's to stop them? The CA Supreme Court recently overturned a citizen's referendum (forgive me, I forget the specifics) - most importantly, I remember that their overturning was unConstitutional.

Businesses constantly try to make employees conform in ways that violate their Constitutional rights, especially when it comes to their right to freedom of speech and religion. The American Center for Law and Justice, the Christian legal group headed by Jay Sekulow, has to fight these violations daily!

If any business does this it's only to protect themselves from litigation brought about by the plethora of laws enacted by the 'good-intent' ~snicker~ liberals.

Now back to the SCOTUS...all the more reason that the reelection of George W. Bush should be #1 on any concerned, rational citizen's To Do list.
