[history]
August 4, 2003 -- The woman accusing Kobe Bryant of rape tearfully told a bellhop minutes after the alleged attack that that she had just been "forced to have sex" with the NBA superstar, according to a new report. Friends and co-workers of the accuser told Fox News correspondent Rita Cosby that the 19-year- old hotel worker's clothing was torn when she spoke with the bellhop.

"An injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere," Bryant said My, my, my. Hypocrisy drips from "R" bryant's lips. Or doesn't he consider rape an injustice?

Rita Cosby assured one thing with her breathless report over the weekend: it's not going to be tried in Eagle, Colorado.
She just cannot keep her blabby mouth shut.

"It also is apparently the first time that someone has said the woman reported the alleged rape to another person immediately..."
Another example of poor reporting by ignorant "news reporters"
One of the very FIRST reports stated the same thing. That she told a bellhop that she had been raped.
I can't be the only person who remembers?

"Hypocrisy drips from "R" bryant's lips."
Yes, presuming he did it. He hasn't been convicted yet.

Now, the bellhop apparently drove her home.
Which one a dese?

Aren't you one of the ones decrying the supposed trashing of the accuser?
I guess in your eyes if it trashes Kobe, it's fine, right? Just not the girl.
And I am trashing Rita Cosby because she is a HORRIBLE reporter; she had no business NAMING the witness -- which is exactly what she did, for all intents and purposes; in a town of 3,000, it will take about 15 minutes to find out this guy's name.

If the bellhop is disinterested (i.e., not a close friend of hers or boyfriend), and coroborates her story and the torn clothing, Kobe will be nailed on this one. He'll go down to Canyon City for some hard time.

I absolutely cannot stomache that "breathless-ah" info babe !
That out of my system...She claims "her sources tell her" (on everything), but I heard last week on some news show, can't remember which one, that the GLOBE reported this Bell Hop story.( Before anyone else reported it. )
Now everyone is glombing on to it. Who's EXCLUSIVE is it? Did anyone hear that like I did? This is like Christmas morning for the reporters and reporerette's..and I guess I am just as bad, I am posting on the thing ! LOL !!!
This girl (accusor), if she hangs in, which is doubtful, has more moxie to me, than anyone in recent memory. They will chew her to pieces. Case in point...Paula Jones and those that followed her..and Wm. Kennedy Smith's accusor ! It is not going to be pretty. I would love to know the council she is getting. I have the feeling she will settle, or confess she made it up. EVEN IF IT IS NOT TRUE. Who knows!
At this point, the one with the most bucks and clout win. Chew up the police, call RACISM, and parade the STAR as much as possible. Now all they have to do is film him at an "Alter Call" and it is a done deal. Omg....cynical? me ?
