[history]
A federal loophole is blocking the deportation of terrorism suspects once the State Department has revoked their visas.
Under current rules, a visa revocation does not require the person to leave the United States, nor does it constitute a reason for deportation.

Thanks for the ping. Nothing is going to get fixed because nobody in Washington wants it fixed.

Nothing is going to get fixed because nobody in Washington wants it fixed. That's right, they'll talk about it, maybe form a committee or two to "study" the problem, and possibly ten years from now rewrite the law with brand new loopholes to be exploited.

.....and possibly ten years from now rewrite the law with brand new loopholes to be exploited. And possibly ten years from now there will be a new large voting bloc rising on the scene for them to pander to.

You didn't have to remind me did you? LOL!!

The politician keep saying 4 million illegals. It's 8 million! Actually it is more like 32 million if you factor in the Bush family reunification plan.
Bush wants to allow these illegals to bring their families here after amnesty. (I am using a conservative figure of a family of four)
Where do we find jobs, housing, gas, electricity, schools, medical facilities, and a laundry list of other necessities for these people?
Most American families are finding it difficult to make ends meet as it is. What is it going to be like a few years from now?

This whole issue of the illegals has me so furious.
Americans should be screaming. Oh but they are so over PC now it would not be appropriate to save our nation.
Congradulations Vicente Fox.
The other countries who hate us must be wringing their hands and drooling.
Wake up and smell the frijoles people!

If you are here without a visa (and the law requires you to have one), that is not a reason for deportation?
How can that be?

Being PC is not one of my strong points!!
All I have to say about the situation is.........book 'em Danno and then deport 'em!!

That was a good program along with Canon and Rockford Files.
Gay reality shows do not entertain me nor does getting Dad married ect.
I do not understand how they can be "reality" with so much written script and staged photo shots.

I gave up on TV years ago. About the only show I ever watch is "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughters"
Being the father of 3 grown daughters, I cam relate to Papa Hennesy.
