No it's not reasoned, intellectual debate.
I think the next segment is with Robert Reich. Listen as Sean Hannity fumbles and stutters his way through his same ol' tired mantra. Anyone with half a brain knows that Hannity is an intellectual light-weight. Conservatism for Dummies?
For more thoughtful discussion - Prager, Medved, and Hewitt.

I do not relish criticizing a conservative of Irish descent, but I just don't understand Hannity's appeal. Frankly, he just doesn't seem to have a very good grasp of the issues; nor experience in building and presenting a cogent argument. I'm a bit embarrassed that he and I agree on many issues.
Also, the introduction to his radio show is worse than silly: Scott Shannon's ridiculous 'scary voice' blathering ("the last beacon of truth in a troubled time") over Carmina Burana etc. Am I the only one who feels this way?

I've heard that argument many times about Sean Hannity - that he is a "lightweight".
I'm an avid talk-radio listener - I listen up to 8 hours per day, and I enjoy listening to Hannity. I like him better than Prager or Hewitt, and about equally with Medved (though I prefer Hannity). Obviously, most listeners believe that Hannity is a superior talker, just look at his Arbitron ratings. And he certainly has interesting topics and more relevant guests than the aforementioned hosts.
He's a better talk show host then people give him credit for. I believe the reason he's called a "lightweight" and other names is that truly excellent hosts as Limbaugh and Medved have set the bar so high.
