Any body up for a road trip? (Why do I want to say "We've got a convoy?)
Let's converge on NM from all parts of the country. We have to stop this thing before all States are infected by flighty Democrats.
For those who want to act *today* there is a meeting in San Antonio at 2 PM at Rhodes Elementary. Local GOP representatives and Senators and others will be there to discuss the impact the flight of the Chicken D's has on Texas' school financing.
The address is 5714 N. Knoll in San Antonio. More details and driving instructions are on the Texas Profiles page.

How about this idea:
Someone publish the address of the hotel the Texas democrap wimps are hiding in.
Call the press and have them track the Post Office guy or UPS guy making deliveries.
We all start sending obviously marked packages of disposable diapers, baby rattles, talcum powder for their red a$$es, baby learns to talk books, etc.
Make sure it is huge and the press (national and local) are well aware of whats coming.
Could be fun!
By the way, to quote a previously famous liberal fake country band, Im ashamed these wimpy democrats are from Texas.

What?!? They've run away again?!? I haven't heard anything on the news but then I've only had on FNC. My tax $$$ at work again - not. Send out the Texas Rangers and haul them back for a good ol' fashioned tar and feathering on the capital lawn. Actually, let 'em keep wasting tax payers' money and time and see it they seats aren't occupied by Republicans toot sweet. Hmmm, wonder if we can ask for a recall and boot them out even sooner.

Any chance NM would honor an arrest warrent from Texas? Any chance the Texas Sergeant at Arms would issue such a warrent or get one from a Texas court?

I doubt it since our illustrious governor has ordered the state patrol to "protect" the vermin.

What?!? They've run away again?!? This time it's all the D state senators, less one. Last time it was most of the D representatives. Otherwise SOS.

The governor should confiscate all their assets and return them only after the Rats return to Texas to face charges of dereliction of legislative duty. Until that time they are persona non grata and all assets are forfieted.

Why not simply face reality, declare them to have abdicated, and replace them as necessary?

None whatsoever. What the Dems have done is a lowdown dirty trick, but it does not violate any law. No criminal consequences can attach to the simple act of leaving the state when the legislature is in session. If they have done anything else which might be considered criminal, I haven't heard of it.
