Been there done that on the 1 on 1 talks, that's part of why we're where we are now. Economic aid? What, we owe them something now? That's out of character for a Buchanonite like Reese. "Normal" diplomatic relations with that little Stalinite? Is he serious?

The nonaggression treaty isn't as outlandish, but again, what good is a treaty with Kim Jong-Il?

I've not found a libertarian or a paleo yet that wasn't eager to have America lick the boot of an aggressive and psychotic foreign potentate, while allowing it to expand and/or make insane threats.
