Senior made his bones as a conservative
Jr trades off the old man's name
to pursue the things he father hated
Jr ought to change his name and see just how far from the bus station
his talent gets him

"I think the bar is set higher for liberals," he said. "Its easy to be Ann Coulter."
What a snide and smarmy poofster. Ron Jr. sure has his panties in a bunch. If this is the best the lefties can offer up for TV political commentary they're dead men walking.

Regarding Ms. Coulters recent comment about Joseph McCarthy being an American patriot, for instance, Mr. Reagan said that "to dignify those remarks by refuting them takes time. Conservatives have it easy: They just blurt out some nonsense." Some nonsense with pages and pages and pages with footnotes. Yup. Refuting all that factual material will take some time. Get crackin' kid.

This isn't so bad, but the saddest thing about Jr. is that he wants so bad to be on TV, that he'll pretty much do anything. Last time I saw him he was hosting some dog show.

Pathetic! I guess asking Little Ronnie to be half the man his dad was is just too tall of an order. Perhaps the word "man" got left out.

Correct me if I am wrong but both of Ronaldus Magnus' children are left wing boobs. I am sure it breaks his heart. Almost as much as mine was broken when I found out Andy Griffith is a bed wetting liberal. (Great show though.Black and white episodes only)

Ron Jr.is still trying to find himself. His remarks about achievers in the Bush administration show his intellectual limitations. Maybe he is a late bloomer who will amaze us all with his superior political savvy when he butts heads with Coulter. I could feel sorry for him if he were not so obviously willing to be used by his father's enemies. He really is pathetic.

Mr. Reagan was smooth enough, but he didnt leap off the screen. He did get in a slightly school-marmish jab at conservative guest Michael Long when he said: "Hey, Mike, I cant help but notice that anything involving gay people gets you conservatives panties in a real twist. You know, I must be getting soft in my old age, this tragic little whimp doesn't get my blood boiling as much as make me think of how really hard it must be for him to live in the shadow of his larger-than-life dad. Being so weak, and too deep in the gutter to ever be a real man, must be horrible.

I saw the program. He looked stiff and Buchanan totally dominated the show. He parroted obvious liberal positions and, in a nutshell, was dull.

I wonder what it's like ambling through life trading off your father's good name?
