Exactly. The media paints it as some agreement that Israel signed, etc. The fact is, it is between the terrorist Palestinian Authority and three other terrorist groups.

I believe I did that in my original post. The point of my response was that there may not be an official "truce" between Isreal and the Arab terrorists, but if the IDF is no longer killing them, there is a de facto truce.
