Nice. I'm supposed to be leading a team from my church to Uganda in late August. No State Department travel restrictions yet ...

Idi Amin's son, Taban Amin who has been living in Kinshasa, is training rebels near the border with Uganda, a DR Congo rebel chief said yesterday.
Kahwa Mandro of the Party for the Unity and Safeguard of the Integrity of Congo (PUSIC) told a press conference at the Speke Hotel in Kampala that Taban had joined hands with Allied Democratic Forces rebel remnants and Interahamwe now training at Nyachunchu near River Semliki.
"We have evidence that some rebels want to use Congo to attack Uganda. We want the Ugandans to investigate this information and the UN knows it already," he said.
He said many groups were involved in the plot saying one was headed by Taban, another was for the People's Redemption Army of Col Muzoora while some were from the Kinshansa army.
He said he did not know how many people were training but challenged the UPDF find to out.
