For Johnny, buying a cucumber or a cabbage from a market is primitive living and living and being in America is a place and state of being, to “escape” from. Just the same, Johnny wants us all to pay U.S. dollars to see him in the movies so he can continue to badmouth the country that allowed him to become an “artiste.”
If anyone dare criticize that pompous little twerp for badmouthing America, it is an “infringement” on his first amendment rights.

Freedom of Speech does NOT gaurantee you the right to be heard, listened to, or a free venue to voice those words.
It does NOT gaurantee you the right to free advertisement in the media.
Nor does it give you the right to try and tell others what to think.
Isn't that grand?
However, actors should SHUT UP AND ACT instead of being unpaid political consultants.
And musicians should SHUT UP AND SING.
Now THERE would be a perfect world, wouldn't it?
If the actors, and musicians kept their traps SHUT and let uss decide for ourselves rather than doing self-aggrandizing PREACHING from behind the 'shield' of fame and celebrity?

Depp thinks all the little people should move to France and live just like him. He forgets how many Americans and Brits died so he can pal around St Tropez and talk about his cucumbers.
The first time some terrorists lights off a bomb in swanky St Tropez, Depp will be high-tailing it back to N California to open a winery
He's not brilliant and has no perceptible talent save showing up and looking good.
He's a bit of a wierdo and probably feels comfortable around people who don't know him.
