That several hotel employees were witness to this fact. The same can be said about room be in disarray. The complaint was the following morning and room service was not done. Kobe was still a guest of the hotel and was waiting to go to surgery. So, it is still possible the room could have been in disarray. The hotel employees are under a gag order now. No one with a name ever asserted anything of the sort. The hotel employees as private citizens cannot be "gagged." The police sources for the Vail Daily have dismissed everything that you site as fact as being untrue.

The hotel employees as private citizens cannot be "gagged."Yes, they can. If they're material witnesses, they're under the gag order.

Kobe got his wish, the judge issued a gag order. The hotel employees are told not to talk to the press or they will be fired. To me that is a gag order.

You believe everything a newspaper tells you? Also, you can't eat first amendment rights. Hotel employees must make a living. They could get fired if they talked.
