It was a joke! :-) Of course I do not have "two never-before-seen pictures of Kobe Bryant's accuser with Kobe Bryant, together, in the hotel, on the night in question." No one does. I just posted pictures of two little red "x"es, as follows:

And the tagline was made up, too.

I knew it was a joke...my response was in kind...there actually is a pic at Cordillera Lodge & Spa -wellness program with two people on exercise machines, it only shows their backs, and it's a reach for one to look like Kobe, but it is kinda funny....

I would post a link but I am not sure we can post to commercial sites...anyone wanting to get an idea about the place just has to google for it..

Remenber when they said that hotel security was called because of a loud ruckus.

Look, I've had hotel security called on me before because of loud ruckuses coming from my room. But the sex was CONSENSUAL -- just ask my wife.

I don't know whether he's lying or she's lying. But loud noises, shouting, screams and moans prove nothing about whether the sex is consensual or not. And I'm very sorry if you've not yet realized this. Don't give up hope; your time may still come.

Bottom line: if Kobe had kept his pants on, none of this would be happening.

One thing would be interesting to know: how she appeared to the hotel employees right after she ran from the room. If she had any sort of contusion or swelling in the face then, it would be obviously at the hands of Kobe (or his bodyguards). If a defense POA would be to say those facial wounds were self-inflicted, then she would have had to have done them later, after the run from the hotel. If she was already bruised or contused at that early point, Kobe is going down and deservedly so.

I don't care, I told you before that I think he is innocent of rape and guilty of being a major league jackass. I really think we should wait for the actually facts of the case before making judgement. The machine that is working against her has worked against me. But, look at the contortions you have to go through if a couple of the facts of t he case that are hinted at are true.

You have to dismiss or explain away:

1. A face so heavily battered it can not be covered-up three weeks later with makeup. By the way, a pretty young women does not beat her face to a pulp to make a point, to much vanity (they flip over a little pimple). Do you realize how rare sucides using a weapon to the face are in women? BTW they are not that rare in men (we like blowing our brains out for some reason).

2. Physical evidence of forcible entry (rape) and defensive wounds.

3. Hotel guest that heard loud noises coming from the room. One news source, Speakout.com claims that Kobe was yelling profanities such as, "White Bitch" (I think this is bogus, but references to the commonition in the room has showned-up in several news articles when the incident first happened). More than one article states that security was called and went to Kobe's room. Here is a direct qoute from one, "One employee said hotel security, responding to complaints of noise from other guests, went to Bryant's room in the early morning hours of July 1."

5. This brings up another point and that is when she left Kobe's room she was crying and upset and hotel several employees seen her. A qoute from another newspaper article, "The 19-year-old was reportedly asked to deliver room service to Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant in his hotel room. It's not part of her job, but she reportedly did it anyway. When she came down from the room she was in hysterics."

4. Proof of forcible rape was returned from the crime lab or the DA would not have gone forward. You will not convince me, no matter how many contortions that he is stupid enough to face Kobe's army of attorneys without evidence. Here is one qoute from an article of the crimelab, "Anytime we deal with (an alleged) crime of violence we look at exchange of hairs and fibers, exchange of body fluids -- that's blood, semen, saliva," Mang said, as well as "anomalies like torn clothing buttons or the sort of things that we may not expect to find in normal wear and tear. Any evidence of any degree of force used."
Here is the kicker, he added: "If there isn't any evidence it won't take very long. If we find any evidence it will take more time."

***It took three weeks to process the evidence.***

5. Kobe's strange behavior. First, he lied about why he was in Colorado to his team (I would assume for monetary gain). Second, he calls his wife right before he is going to have sex with a stranger (yes, it was pre-planned, that is why I could be convince easily that he was guilty, because he was expecting sex. If she said no, he'd take it). Third, he has sex/rapes stranger. Forth, he orders a movie after she leaves. I only think this is important because it was what 12:30am and he has an operation in the morning scheduled. Which means he wasn't tired or was hyped-up.

6. His bodyguards acting very strange to and from the hospital. I will reference another newspaper article, "The whole thing was pretty weird and pretty fishy," said O'Brien of Vail, Colo. "Bryant was laying in the back seat with a towel over his head trying not to be seen while three men were taking care of all the details." He is quoted saying the trip to the hospital with the bodyguards was even stranger and that they lied about the reason of the trip.

7. He drags his wife out to face public ridicule and humiliation during his strange press conference declaring his adultry. The tears, taut lips, dramatic pauses, and unseemingly heartfelt apologies to his wife, Vanessa rings hollow after we find out about the gift of the $4M ring. In a way, this makes him appear guilty.

8. She has taken a lie detector test and passed. This is standard operating procedure in high-profile cases. Where are the results of his independent test? I can't think of a high profile case where the falsely accused did not willingly take a test. OJ started a test and didn't complete it when they got the wrong results, Kennedy Smith didn't, but several others did, Conduit passed which is a bit disturbing. But, the point is that innocent people take them all the time in aduction cases, etc...

There's a lot of questionable info coming out about this case. But the thing that is the most convincing to me and has been from the beginning is Sheriff Hoy's reaction. He wanted an arrest warrant and he wanted it now. He bypassed the DA's office and went to a judge who was available 24 hrs a day. This initially created some tension with the DA's office. Hoy said based upon what his investigators said that he had no option but to arrest Bryant. A deputy DA who had worked with Hoy in the pase described him as extremely level headed and not someone to rush into a situation (paraphrase). Bryant may not get convicted, but if this goes to court what's left of his rep is shot. This is going to get real ugly.

Hoy also said that of all the media calls he's taken only two have inquired of the victim's welfare. Based upon what he has seen he seems to sympathize with the victim.

Bottom line: if Kobe had kept his pants on, none of this would be happening.

Bottom line, if he is innocent of rape it matters not that he is guilty of adultery and stupidity. One violates the rights of another and the other does not.

If he is the victim of false witness even if he is a swine, the person who did it is guilty of a heinous crime.

He admitted adultery. Had he not comitted adultery, there would not even be a charge to argue about, no one to bear false witness - nothing. So, the bottom line as I see it still remains true - if Kobe had kept his pants on, he would not be where he is today, and everything that has happened since he dropped trou would be moot.

True but irrelevant. It's nice to live a theoretical world. It happened.

Bad acts lead to more bad acts. Which doesn't mean that no matter what happens after the first bad act is automatically the fault of one party.

If the girl hadn't gone to his room, nothing would have happened either, but it would be just as wrong to say she caused her own rape (if it turns out to be true) because she was stupid. (or worse)

If it was just a "quickie" how many years do you think he should spend in jail?

Imagine if your sister was raped and you kept hearing in the media that she was a slut, a nut, or a liar.

That's the point. It works both ways. Imagine if your brother was falsely accused of rape, and their names dragged throught the media.

I've know people who have been raped and falsely accused of it but I have no idea as to what happened in that hotel room. I am presuming Bryant's innocence.

They don't call you Captain Yank ee for nothing.

Despite finding most of your posts overly presumptuous, that your opinions based on apparent emotion rather than logic and that you seemingly have an inability to reserve judgement until sufficient, verified facts would render such opinions worthwhile, I found your comment here quite funny and quick-witted. Congratulations, there is hope yet!

"Looks like Kobe's attackers will be the first to play the "race" card. "

How crappy would a hotel have to be built to be able to hear what's going on on the floor below you? Even the crappiest Motel6 I have ever stayed at had floors thick enough to prevent hearing anything downstairs.
