Then, no doubt, they fade to a scene where Bush drags a Latino child in chains behind his pickup truck while Daschle wipes a tear from his eye.

If you don't pay taxes, you don't get a refund. What part of that don't these idiots understand?

The ad is aimed at informing Hispanic families that of the 12 million children whose families won't get the tax credit, a third of them are Hispanic, Congressional Hispanic Caucus members said. I don't have the information available, but I'm gonna' take a wild guess and say that of the 12 million children whose families won't get the tax credit, they are from families who don't pay taxes. Oh yeah, by the way, a third of them are Hispanic.

You know the saddest thing about this--the democrats wouldn't spout this crap if it didn't work.

And if you make over 120 K, you don't get the child credit either.

If a station in Marxist Madison, Wisconsin, can refuse to run a Bush-hate DNC ad because it consists of "quotations" Bush never said, then stations in Texas and California can buck up and refuse to air this trash as well.
If the conservatives down there won't organize to fight it, they deserve the results.

It's so nice that the Congressional Hispanic Caucus likes to promote their opinion that Hispanic families are leeches who don't even pay taxes.
Unlike many ethnic groups, I guess hispanics don't find this sort of stereotyping in the least bit insulting.
"You so poor, mang, you don't get sheet when dey handin out the reeebates."
Nice image they're selling.

Well, that's odd.
In the local Pennysaver last week, WIC (Women and Infant Children) ran yet another 2-pager advertising all the benefits collectable, and a FULL QUARTER of the ad EMPHASIZED that you don't need Green Cards to apply for them and that applying won't hurt your chances to get a Green Card.
The ad was paid for by the Department of Agriculture and spouted the "You don't need no stinkin' green card" crapola attributing it to the INS!

How long are the idiots out there going to be taking any DemoRAT ad at face value. All the seem to do is continually lie about everything to advance there political agenda.
My question is as it has always been "How do people expect or demand a tax refund/rebate if the do not pay taxes in the first place?" How stupid are these people, mainly DemoRATS, that they expect to be paid back from something they have not contributed into...
Maybe I am just having the major failure of applying logic to this question...

The ad opens with a close-up shot of an empty mailbox. "Some children aren't as important to the Bush administration," a narrator says. Later, in the Spanish version, which was shown at a news conference, the word "NADA" is displayed in large letters.
Unbelievable! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't this the type of soft-money election spending supposedly outlawed by "campaign finance reform"?

Democrats elevated their criticism Tuesday. Just when we thought they couldn't sound anymore shrill and hysterical....

Expecting a tax-cut even though you didn't pay the taxes is like expecting a rebate even when you didn't buy the car.
