Shep Smith blaming protesting smokers for the shooting because AP reported a smoking ban rally at City Hall today. That rally is tomorrow.

I wasn't home at the time and didn't hear that

And then went into an anti-smoker tirade and on and on about how some bar and restaurant owners claim to be hurting because of the ban and tempers tend to fly over smoking issues.

And never retracted a word of what he said.
