There is proof that he had sex with her and she claims it was rape. I have no evidence to refute her claim but there is enough evidence of rape to go to trial. I believe her over him because he proved himself untrustworthy when he committed adultery. If he hadn't had sex with her, he would be home-free. He made this bed and now he will have to lie in it.

And there's the rub. As wrong as it is, adultery is not a crime. This, because he admitted adultery, still does not prove sexual assault.

Yes, Bryant could be guilty of sexual assault. But at this moment, it's totally inconclusive. I think that people who think he's automatically innocent are off the reservation. But so are those who think he is guilty.
