Even better- if this report is true, look how stupid Dickie Gephardt looks- again!
The Dems are having such a horrible time with foot-in-mouth disease.

Gephardt Attacks Bush 'Unilateralism'
2 hours, 47 minutes ago
By BETH FOUHY, Associated Press Writer
SAN FRANCISCO - Democratic presidential candidate Dick Gephardt (news - web sites) on Tuesday issued a blistering criticism of the Bush administration's "chest-beating unilateralism" in its handling of the Iraq (news - web sites) war, which he said weakened diplomatic alliances and squandered global goodwill following the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
"Foreign policy isn't a John Wayne movie, where we catch the bad guys, hoist a few cold ones and then everything fades to black," Gephardt said in remarks prepared for a speech to the Bar Association of San Francisco. "No matter the surge of momentary machismo as gratifying as it may be for some it is shortsighted and wrong to simply go it alone."

Now that I think of it, I needed this one also. Me too. I was outside mowing in the heat and humidity and my wife came out to tell me the news. (She usually could care less about world events.) It really lifted my spirits. Still had to mow the damn grass, though.

LOL!!! I was sitting here thinking the same thing as I was listening and typing. When it comes to the Intelligence Committee, she is on top of everything, and is articulate in getting the message out!
Steve Santani showing pictures of the two story house -- huge house where the firefight went down -- began 10:30 am, Iraq time. Doesn't know how the military knew they were there but descended on the building. Towing a SUV away by the US Army. Land Cruiser.
Two brothers were killed from the way Santini is reporting. Huge firefight -- house surrounded by humvees! This house is basically destroyed. Huge crowds around. Steve Santani is only TV reporter on the scene and one newspaper person. Reporting that everyone thinks they were both killed.
Americans surrounded the house, beseiged it, and threw everything they had it. 101st Airborne Division took the action in Mosul. Mission accomplished according to Santani (sp).

This may even knock the Kobi Bryant story off the front page for about 2 1/2 minutes.

I wonder if the BBC will put a black border around the screen when they report this, as they did when JFK was shot (unfortunately without due process of law).

Fox News military analyst Colonel Bill Cowan said he hoped Saddam's sons had been captured and not killed.
"I think in this case, it'd be great to have them alive," he said.
"I think for the [Iraqi] population to see these two guys shackled, incarcerated and really given some harsh treatment - will have a most profound and long-term psychological advantage."
Cowan added that Saddam's sons might provide good intelligence on their father's whereabouts.
