I'm not a Kobe Bryant fan, as a matter of fact I don't like basketball at all. But if you ask me everyone is innocent until proven guilty and I have to tell you that some of the things i've heard makes me wonder.

No I don't care if she tried killing herself, I don't even care if she just broke up with her boyfriend, that's all nonsense. But I do care if she innitiated the contact, i've heard that she took upon herself to go to his room at midnight. Is that true? If it is, why do you go to anyone's room at Midnight? Did he order room service or did she just take upon herself to show up, that just doesn't seem Kosher to me.

If he arranged it and he did rape the girl, he should do the time. If he didn't they need to make an example of this woman for doing this crap.

I spent a week with my lib in-laws when this broke. They're really in a quandry, they can't oppose the woman lest they appear nonfeminist. Then again, Kobe's black, so they can't criticize him. If & when he's proven guilty, then fine I agree with you. But I gotta tell you that there's something about this that doesn't seem right. Kobe Bryant did screw up when he lied to begin with, but then again any cheating husband would. I do not cheat on my wife but if I did I'd probably lie about it to, but then again I wouldn't rape anyone.

Somebody should have introduced Kobe to the "Just Say NO" portion of the program. His biggest mistake, so far, was to let the woman (I say 'woman' and not 'girl' since she is an adult)into the room.
However comma she wouldn't be the first small town girl to try to take advantage of a celebrity in an unsavory manner.
