Sounds like the mystery "black lexus" mentioned earlier on in this story. Looks like the "sweet old man" is a felony hit-and-run.

I saw a video on one of the cable channels today it showed a Home movie of this same old man looking at his car after he ran thru a retaining wall at a party he attended.

If leaving the scene is a felony, does that make the 9 deaths murders?

Wow, if that's true he's looking at a possible felony murder conviction which (in theory anyway) could get him a death sentence.

Depends on the state law--are you talking vehicular homicide or just plain murder?

And it's now 10 dead. A seven month old baby died overnight.

The baby boy was the grandson of one of the dead. A married couple died as well. One of the dead is the daughter-in-law of actor Dennis Weaver. And on & on & on. Some are still fighting for their lives. I couldn't read the first story without choking up at the senseless loss of these people.

I still wonder when his airbag deployed. Could be when he hit the Lexus?

It seems to me that he has gotten buy with a lot of wreckless driving in the past.
