U.N. Leader Denies Iran-Uranium Report Associated Press
VIENNA, Austria - The head of the U.N.'s energy agency has denied reports that inspectors found enriched uranium in samples taken recently in Iran, calling it "pure speculation at this stage."
Mohamed ElBaradei, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told The Associated Press, "there's a lot of analysis we need to discuss ... with Iran." "We are not in any way ready to come up with a conclusion on that issue before we discuss all the results with the Iranian authorities."
ElBaradei pressed Iran for "substantial progress without delay" in clarifying aspects of its nuclear program and in signing an agreement that would let U.N. inspectors conduct in-depth and comprehensive checks of Tehran's nuclear facilities.
ElBaradei also said Friday he has urged the international coalition authority administering Iraq to do everything it can to recover up to 22 pounds of uranium compounds looted from the country's main nuclear complex at Tuwaitha.
The material was "not sensitive from a proliferation point of view," but its theft shows the need for Iraqi nuclear facilities to be better secured, ElBaradei said.
The IAEA chief said he called upon the coalition authority "to ensure the physical protection of the entire nuclear inventory in Iraq."

I'm kinda getting tired of hearing this Mohamed ElBaradei telling us "THERE IS NO NUCLEAR PROGRAM HERE, BY GOD..." every time he looks into an islamic radical or other anti-american state who might just someday be able to warm his heart by obliterating Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Boston, LA, NY, etc.

Can we get a look into ElBaradei's bank account?
Or does Iran just bribe in cash?

The head of the U.N.'s energy agency has denied reports that inspectors found enriched uranium in samples taken recently in Iran, calling it "pure speculation at this stage." Didn't this idiot say the same thing about Iraq and North Korea?

..."there's a lot of analysis we need to discuss ... with Iran." "We are not in any way ready to come up with a conclusion on that issue before we discuss all the results with the Iranian authorities."That is NOT a denial.
However, I found what he said about Iraq to be very interesting.

Aren't there Iraqis in or near Tuwaitha ill with radiation poisoning, or something similar? I seem to remember they took the barrels, or similar storage containers, for their personal use and those barrels were contaminated. Did Mr. ElBaradei explain that?
Or, was that all a dream? ;o)
