This will never happen. Due to the Paleostinian population explosion in an arid part of the world. The land cannot carry such numbers. That's how it looks from here. Someone, a totalitarian power, has hijacked their language, Arabian. It's so bad that everything they say comes out jihad and they can no longer reason. We could probably help them out of this linguistic pit of their own making, but we would have to learn Arabian, or get them to drop the language altogether and start over with something else. They have to become aware of the prison their language has become. We can see it, but obviously they won't accept our advice. They'll have to do it themselves.
