A controversy has erupted over a twisted new Las Vegas game in which armed players in camouflage hunt down naked young women with paintball guns - and even have sex with them after the chase. The creators of "Hunting for Bambi" charge up to $10,000 per participant for the "thrill" of chasing showgirls, who are nude except for sneakers, and blasting them with red dye.

You're a good sport. And if you got the "you" and the "my" then my hat's off to ya.

LOL!

Thanks, friend.

This is just silly: If we must revisit just to get you to admit you are wrong, ok. I think it's it'll do you some good. A brief history. I good-naturedly pointed out that Tiger triple-bogeyed the first hole. This was your response:

"This is not his year. IMHO once he makes enough for next year's card he should take the rest of the year off. Needs to get his head back on straight, he's not in the game."

I responded that he's won four tournaments this year. This means (a) his place on the money list is secure, and (b) he's not playing nearly as badly as the perception you are gleaning from the media. Many of those who cover golf know even less about the game than you do. Like you, they are just repeating what they heard. But there's a problem: Players whose "games are off" or who need to get their "head on straight" do not beat fields by five strokes. As always, this is not an indication of malice and insincerity on your part, just ignorance. Too bad you never let that stop you.

So does Tiger Follow your advice? Nope. He goes out and shoots under par the rest of the way. He has a very realiztic chance of winning the whole thing. You don't get out of a slump by sitting on the bench after all.

This is your problem in a nutshell. You make outrageous claims, and when someone calls you on it you take it personally.

BWHAAHAAAAHAAAAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!

Hello Mr. Pot, meet Me. Kettle.

I'm STILL waiting for you to back up th "outrageous claims" you made about me. Either give me some threads to prove it or please take it back.

You're a good sport.

Too bad the same can't be said for others on this thread.

(er, not you, of course)

I thought I made myself very clear:

I have no interest in discourse of any type with you. I have repeatedly asked you not to ping me. Why are you forcing the issue?

Why can he post lies like that and then run to you to get away with them? I only want him to prove them or retract them.

It's that simple.

I'm NOT going away.

No, I understand that. I have asked you in the past not to ping me, but you seem unable to help yourself. I keep asking you civilly, but you just won't leave me alone. You came on to this thread and insulted me for no reason, and then acted like we were old buddies. We are not. Leave me alone.

That's right. Notice right off the bat the statement "this is not his year" doesn't lay any blame, could be a bad luck streak could be gone to crap could even be that the competition has caught up. Of course since Tiger himself has commented that he's not satisfied with his driving this season. As for taking the rest of the year off, is there something wrong with that? It's not like the guy needs the money, what's wrong with taking his super hat girlfriend to Hawaii for August and spend the month on the beach pounding Mai Tais and getting BJs?

He's won 4 tournaments all minor, has been over par twice this year something that hasn't happened since '99, hasn't even been in the running for a major since his 3rd round 81 at the British last year, and is simply not playing like Tiger.

As always your argument IS an indication of both malice and ignorance on your part. You're just picking fights because that's who you are. Once again you are going in complete ignorance of the plain and simple facts, denying your nose inspite of your glasses. your arguement cannot succeed because you are wrong, but you will not stop because you're your fragile and completely unsupported ego will not allow it.

If Tiger had followed your advice and quit for the year after the first hole, he would not have played himself into contention.

Slumping players do not play themselves back into contention in Major Championships.

I didn't say he should quit for the year after the first hole. I said he should quit for the year on his way back, presumably his reservations give him plenty of time to finish the tournament.

Interesting that now all of a sudden you're saying he's slumping.

Right, because you pay no attention to golf, and have probably watched Woods take a dozen swings all years. As usual are basing your pronouncements on what sports analysts are telling you instead of observation. The problem with that strategy is simple: THE GET PAID TO DRUM UP A STORY. IT IS NEVER AS GOOD/BAD AS THEY CLAIM IT TO BE.

Right idiot. Since he has, he can't possibly be a "slumping player." Why is this so hard for you?

Oh, for cryin' out loud. It's GOLF already! You guys need to go outside and mow the lawn or change the oil or something. Get some air.

Geez.

That post makes no sense in the context of the quote. I presume Tiger's plain tickets are for no earlier than Monday because I haven't seen him take enough swings?!

The simple facts again:
No Major wins since shooting 81 last year
No serious contention for a Major win since shooting 81 last year
Has commented that his driving is not as good as he'd like
Finished over par twice this year, first time since '99 that's happened
Is now 5 strokes off the lead and 2 over par after 1

He regained 1 stroke and is 5 off the lead. He didn't rally back, he's not in serious contention.
