Ludwig stares at a giant television screen, entranced by a local soccer match. He moans and cheers with each play. He fidgets with the remote while sitting on the living room rug. And he acts just like any Italian boy watching the sport known here as "football" or calcio.
In a sense, 10-year-old Ludwig has become a human football, the object of an intense struggle between his two internationally famous parents. Even happy days like Christmas are spoiled for him by this dispute.
"My father asked me if I wanted to go with him," Ludwig recalled. "I said, 'No, because each time you wanted to take me away from Mommy and I don't want that.' He said he was sorry, but I don't believe him."
Ludwig's father is Jeff Koons -- the Manhattan-based artist whose avant-garde sculptures, paintings and photos have fetched millions of dollars.
His mother is Ilona Staller -- the Italian porn star popularly known as "La Cicciolina" (roughly translated "The Cuddly One") who once served in Parliament.

The man has an ugly, ugly mind. I once had to walk out of a "lecture" given by Koons to keep myself from physically attacking him.
No, really. I'm not kidding. I was that angry.
As a professional artist myself, I have nothing but contempt for Jeff Koons. He's nothing but a B.S. artist -- and what's worse is that he proudly admits it. Yet he is loved for his transparent talentlessness. He makes more money than most of us will ever see, yet he produces nothing. Why do the wicked prosper?
Although I do not know the man, his thoughts as expressed at that one lecture and his public words and deeds before and after cause me to rank him among the lowest of the low.
I pity his child.

Once upon a time
a guy named Harold programmed
a robot for "art"
For years, these robots
have been cranking out pictures
better than "real" "art"...

She did offer to fly to Bagdhad and do Saddam in the prelude to Gulf War1, all in the name of peace, even though her politics are hard left.Or, maybe she's just a whore!
To: habs4ever
I do believe that she did offer to do Saddam and Osama, but they declined unless she donned a burkha.

Italians can hold dual citizenship) Not that Italians are part of the problem, but we really need to do away with dual citizenship in this country.
