A majority of voters in a statewide survey say they would remove Gov. Gray Davis if a recall election were held now against the unpopular second-term Democrat.

The nonpartisan Field Poll released Tuesday found likely California voters would recall Davis, 51 percent to 43 percent, with 6 percent undecided.

Seems like there is more talk than action on this issue. He'll probably remain governor until his term is up at the rate things are going. Just goes to show how much power the people have in a socialist country.

It looks like even the mediots are breaking out the tar and feathers for Herr Davis!

Apparently their private funded focus groups have shown that Davis is burnt toast and is getting burnt more each day.

As the major fishwraps move away from Davis, he becomes even weaker for the Recall election.
