See the link on AIM's homepage to download and hear the full 15-20 minute audio presentation of this conversation with.
This week marks the 10th anniversary of the death of White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster.
This tape contains some of the strongest evidence that Foster was murdered. U.S. Attorney Miquel Rodriguez, the Starr's lead investigator of Foster's death, explains how the OIC and a few others concealed the crime.
There is a lot of meat in this and I hope someone prepares a full transcript of this conversation with a key insider which puts much of the offical Foster story to lie.
The thing that impressed me most was finally hearing Rodriguez himself, after all these years of second hand reports, saying (about 40% into it), "I saw pictures that clearly indicate to me that there is trauma on the neck ... I believe there is a puncture wound in the neck."
Also well worth hearing first-hand, about 45% into it, "There's indications that the White House and others knew prior to the time it was initially said to be [garbled word] There was notification made well before the time that the EMTs were called."
There is one section, about 70% into it, that makes it pretty clear that this discussion is from quite awhile ago (1995?). Rodriguez says "I wrote that to Starr in January of this year and in December of this year and it was squelched by Touhy."
The taped phone conversation suffers (but not fatally) from splicing, and from only one side of the phone conversation(s) being presented. There are also some sections about the blood ... which will bore and confuse all but the most devote Foster researchers.
There is a fascinating section near the end where Rodriguez lists some of the 100 or so publications whose reporters he has briefed in this material, but who have invariably had their stories spiked.
There's much more, and enough meat here for quite a feast.
Last but not least, the statements regarding trauma to the neck are at the heart of Allan Favish's matter now before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Thanks for the post. I've followed this case rather closely, and am convinced the nation was misled.

The Foster murder will remain buried. The parties play at competition, but they are the same team.

WHY excerpt this one?

Bump and ditto your comment. You are quite circumspect with your "...am convinced the nation was misled" tactful understatement.
While I am far from sanguine that the Foster murder (yes, I believe it was murder) will ever be revealed by the Goebbels in the Reichsministries for Information, I would like to see a survey of knowledgeable Freepers. I have followed this forum since 1998 and would bet that a majority here concur with homicide. Shame that Freepers are such a minority in the body politic, albeit so generally very well informed.

From the start, I've believed it was murder. It was reported he committed suicide with a gun, but, no gun was at the scene. Just another in the long list of dead people formerly connected to the clintons.

Some day I think we will know the truth. So much is known already. Someday (I hope soon) the definitive historical account of the Clinton Administration will be written. When that happens, we may all find out the truth.

Nonsense.

There will be a discussion of Miquel Rodriguez and the Vincent Foster case on Oliver North's radio program on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. (ET) by guest host Joseph Farah. Farah will be interviewing John Clarke and Reed Irvine of www.aim.org, where the audio of Rodriguez is posted.

Well there are so many problems with this case I wouldn't know where to begin. How about no blood on the back of his head which was supposed to have a large hole it.
Foster was murdered, everyone including the authorities know he was, but we all sit here pretending for the good of the nation.
There were four events that opened my eyes to what this nation was becoming. Ruby Ridge, Waco, Klamath Lakes and Vince Foster.

Thanks for the info about the radio interview with John Clarke. I have his book and attended one of his Fort Marcy Park tours about 2 and a half years ago.

"...pretending for the good of the nation."
That phrase captures much of what informs the likes of Ken (Wuss) Starr. No stomach for the fight and a patrician notion that we, the benighted in flyover land, 'couldn't handle it.' I do recall hearing Schippers relate that latter quote coming from a Senator as justification for squelching the truth. I do believe that Starr was much more honorable than the Democrats - not much of a compliment, given the thoroughgoing perfidy of the Dems during the Clinton fiasco.
But you are right. Those events were eye-openers for me as well. Despite my disdain for Koresh and his maniacal cult, he and his followers were victims of terrorism. He should have been simply picked up on the streets of Waco or waited out. Now, our republic is run by the precursors of tyrants. And when the latter eventually emerge, will the sheeple notice?

I'm with you on most of this, but I do think we underestimate Starr's culpability in this. I've been prone to give him the benefit of the doubt over the years. I just can't do it any longer. Starr aided and abetted to my way of thinking. That makes him an accessory after the fact. What they did, he did.
His most recent comment that he'd like to have dinner with the Clinton's and burry the hatchet left me wondering if the man has a moral fiber in his body.

I agree that Koresh was off the beaten track. That being said, he wasn't breaking any laws as far as I can tell. The same authorities who used CS Gas on infants and children, which is contraindicated (known to be fatal in small children), are the same ones who said there were guns altered to make them automatic. That may be true. I simply cannot trust the word of men who used as poor judgement as these men did.
No drugs. No child abuse. No sexual relations with any of the women outside the bounds of Texas law. No verifiable evidence of illegal guns, that can be trusted.
Furthermore, there isn't a single excuse for raising that farm building area. When they took the bulldozers to the area, they destroyed any possible attempt at investigation. How far did those tanks go in? What did create that hole in the bunker? What trajectory did some of those bullets coming into the house take?
Then there's the out and out lying before Congress, and they walked. God in heaven, they walked.

Dear Lord! Did Starr say that? I thought I tracked all this pretty well, but I missed that. Anyone who wants to have dinner with the Clinton's and 'bury the hatchet' in any place but (well, I won't say)...is corrupt beyond my pathetic ability to imagine. Thank you for the reply. We are in very deep weeds, indeed.
