They also said they would nominate a 'transgendered' person. Whatever that means. Someone so confused about which bathroom to use would seem to fit in perfectly on this court.

All 9 Dem Presidential candidates today said they would nominate an openly gay person to the SCOTUS.

How the hell can 1% of the population have so much freakin POWER ??

Why should they want to push for a gay on the court when they already have the people there who vote their way?

All the more reason to deny the Dems the White House from here to eternity.

All right, say our "openly gay person" isn't sold on Roe v. Wade. What then?

There's a research project. Are there any openly-pro-life-openly-gay jurists, or other gay jurists with a conservative view or two? Try floating their names (if they exist) before these lying democratic candidates.

I thought we were against litmus tests and profiling.

The rules just keep changing.

Would the candidate have to prove he or she was homosexual before a senate committee, huh?

Is Hillary setting up these nine morons? Could she be planning to put them out on the limb and saw them off with their weird ideas? Could she then come along and say that all the nine idiots are too liberal for America and run in the Center?

Oddly enough, homosexuals are notoriously pro-abortion. Just comes with the territory of being against nature, I guess.
Another weird thing - judges in the State of California are allowed to be members of the Boy Scouts of America (there was some court deal about it, the homo-promoters wanted judges who were BSA members kicked out), BUT if any court decision comes up involving homosexuality, the BSA member judges have to excuse themselves.

FUBAR.

They also said they would nominate a 'transgendered' person. Whatever that means.

It means that they want a person who is so sound in mind that they woke up one day and figured it was a great idea to spend huge money to mutiliate their genitals and spend the rest of their lives shooting up hormones and wearing their sister's clothes.

Just what I want to see behind the bench, some frizzy haired, fake boobed, "thing" with a five o'clock shadow and a smoker's voice.
