"Why couldn't they be angels? Maybe the angel forgot to put up his anti-photograph shield that day."
Ain't no such thing as angels. Now, white spots on photos? Lots of those. There are no photos of angels, because there ain't no angels.
Hallucinations of a poor kid dying with a brain tumor. Sad business.

Ain't no such thing as angels. I guess we'll all find out, sooner or later. Are you prepared for your eternal dirt-nap? Just curious.

It is possible that the kid had hallucinations due to a brain tumour, but the 3 cameras that took the photos weren't hallucinating. However, that evidence is also pretty weak, possibly a problem with the development or chemicals. Also, there's nothing in the bible that says people will have wings in heaven, that is a description belonging to angels. The apostle Paul said that some people have entertained angels, unaware of that fact that they were not human beings. That would mean they looked just like everyone else if they wanted to appear to men. Sodom and Gomorrha were visited by angels to their destruction, but Abraham and Lot recognized them as heavenly visitors.
I once heard of an incident at a preschool where one of the children had wandered outside the building which was located near a busy road. A man opened the door and brought the child back to the woman attendant, then stepped back outside. The attendant went to the door to thank him and there was nobody there, neither did the man have enough time to walk away from the location and out of view.

Well, that explains it.

Ain't no such thing as angels. Well that's your belief, and other people believe differently, so I guess you need to find a way to prove your assertion to win this argument.

Hallucinations of a poor kid dying with a brain tumor. Sad business. MineralMan Actually, it is to be sad for you, by look of your presumptuous tagline. If you really claim to be an atheist, it is sad that you are so ignorant as to claim to KNOW that which you cannot know ... it is impossible to KNOW that their is no God. Think about it, dude. as to angels ... alas, even you might have a guardian angel that is over-worked and under appreciated. Incidentally, have you ever put a bill in a money changer to get change for a one or five or other sized bill?

Last summer, as we sat and watched my Mom waste away from cancer, one afternoon, sitting on the deck, about seven people looked out into the yard and saw a face on a Ponderosa Pine. Ironically, my folks had planted that tree many years ago. And no one there, including my mom (who was still lucid), had ever seen that face before. It was as if it just appeared within a few weeks prior to her death. Like you, I have a little problem with the concept of angels, but this event was just too weird. And no, this was not man-made. We inspected it carefully and it was real. The "ghost" of my Dad, waiting for her on the other side? Maybe, maybe not. But it certainly got MY attention.
