It doth appear that Bob Bennett is NOT going to get paid. "That couple" doesn't pay for ANYTHING.

Isn't it simply amazing how often these two corrupt attorneys lose in court? Even though they went to great efforts to pack the courts with their lib friends.

Ponder this.....there's a reason the Clintons delayed paying the bills....as I understand the IRC, legal bills paid in an effort to keep one's job would be tax deductable...but, of course, only to the extent of your income...no value when you're making $200k per year, but when you're making $10 million per year, well, he can write it all off.....

``We harbor no doubt that in the absence of the independent counsel statute the allegations surrounding the Clintons, Madison Guaranty, and Whitewater would have been similarly investigated and prosecuted by the Department of Justice,'' the three-judge panel wrote.

So much for a witch hunt. It's now in black and white that their activities stunk to high heaven and warranted an investigation.

You've brought sunshine into a dreary OH day. I guess Kendall and Bennett will have to find new sleaze to defend to keep up their lifestyle.

Just look at how afraid the media is of the Clintons and retribution! Who in their right mind in the media would allow anyone to leave a pending legal bill differential at just under $5 million!!! If that were you, me, or anyone else (particularly George Bush) they would be all over them. Can you imagine telling a newspaper person that your legal bill is somewhere between $1.7 million and $6.5 million? Good God, how much lattitude do these folks get?

Too bad, so sad. Now they will only make about $90 million this year after payment. If they pay. WILL the IRS garnish it from her pay and his retired pay if they don't pay? He will need that "puny" tax cut now!! Ha ha.

They must be losing their influence and power over the judicial system. Does NOT bode well for the Clintoons.

The Clintons had sought reimbursement for more than $3.5 million in lawyer costs stemming from the long-running probe of the failed Arkansas land deal.

$3.5 million is the equivalent of $1200/day, 365 days a year, for 8 freakin' years. If Whitewater was "nothing", how on earth could lawyers rack up such fees? It was all a scam from the beginning: the lawyers winked at the Clintons and planned on getting the U.S. taxpayer to pay all along. I'd wager a whole dollar that the firms never put the heat on them for payment. Services were rendered in office through tobacco suits and other policies....

Say what? A five million dollar range? That sounds screwy.

The federal government Taxpayers will pay $85,312.01 to the Clintons in legal fees for their lawyers' review and response to the counsel's final report, the judges ruled.

Give or take $5 million? What kind of financial disclosure figure is that?

Don't you love the Clintons? This couple has DISCLOSED their legal liabilities, yet there is a 5 million dollar spread. They don't know how much they owe?

They wouldn't be scamming their lawyers, would they?

The Clintons had sought reimbursement for more than $3.5 million in lawyer costs stemming from the long-running probe of the failed Arkansas land deal.

But a federal appeals panel issued a 14-page decision ruling the Clintons would have been investigated with or without the appointment of an independent counsel, and therefore should pay the overwhelming majority of those legal costs.

To: Sub-Driver; Mia T

When Alex kills a woman during a rape, Alex is sent to prison.
When clinton rapes women, girls, his country and God knows what else. . .
not clinton but society is imprisoned,
imprisoned in clinton's
besmirched, semen-stained, feckless presidency.

A risible and repulsive result;
yet not even the punch line.

While Alex is conditioned in prison with aversion therapy,
transmuted into a moral robot who becomes nauseated
by the mere thought of sex and violence,
bill clinton and his Thought Police,
in a perverse reverse aversion,
have conditioned society's collective brain
into not mere acquiescence but twisted admiration.

In the end,
if clinton's arrogant, ruthless, reckless nature is restored to him,
it seems the joke will be on all of us,
for it will be a victory for infinite victimhood and irresponsibility,
for seduction, for violence, for nihilism, for anarchy.

We will have set apart clinton as the hero
by making his victims less human than he;
we will have allowed clinton to carefully estrange us from his victims
so that we can enjoy the rapes and the beatings
as much as clinton himself does.

Mia T, A CLOCKWORK ORANGE
