Sad to think how many babies are never found.........

Twenty-nine babies have been surrendered safely since the law went into effect in January 2001. Just this week, a newborn was surrendered at a Sacramento-area hospital.

But 81 babies have been illegally abandoned, and 24 have been found dead, including the Fresno baby. 

 

Yup: it looks like 'passing a law' has REALLY worked, hasn't it!
