[history]
An autopsy is scheduled for today for a fetus found early Friday in the trash container of a west-central Fresno apartment complex. A resident of the Ashmark Arms apartments found the full-term female fetus wrapped in a blood-soaked bed comforter while he dumped garbage about 3:15 a.m., Fresno police Lt. Dennis Bridges said.

Hey, Adam - I'm in contact with the RTL office wondering if we can get a proper burial for this baby girl. My friend told me that the Knights of Columbus had been successful in the past in getting a baby's body handed over for burial. Worth a try. Will keep you posted.

don't use this dead baby to make people feel guilty.I for one was already feeling guilty and Elsie had nothing to do with it. Thanks to all of you guys who care about this little baby girl. Maybe her death will awaken the sleeping giant in a lot of us. God bless.

Does this mean that babies found in dumpsters in California aren't normally regarded as suspicious? Finally, some humor on this thread. That was kind of funny . . . well, kind of, if this weren't such a hideous story.

Whoa! Just talked to the reporter, Roya Aziz. She said the police will not release details of the autopsy to the press. Wonder why?! This story needs more exposure!
BTW, I called her on their use of the term "full term female fetus". She didn't have an answer as to why they didn't say baby girl. She tried to blame it on the police report which didn't make sense to me.
Anyway, she was polite at least and asked me to keep her posted. I told her we were going to try and secure a proper burial for the baby.
Thanks to all of you who posted to this thread. If I hear anything new, I'll let you know. Meanwhile . . . Little Angel, rest in peace, in the Arms of Jesus, Forever, Amen.

do you have a point to make? you prefer anarchy? 1... We already HAVE laws against things like this,
2... MORE laws are bandaids over the cancer,
3... We already HAVE anarchy!

I like your to the point home page.

There's no way to rule innocent men.
The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals.
When there aren't enough criminals, one makes them.
One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.
Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens?
What's there in that for anyone?
But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted, and you create a nation of law-breakers:
and then you cash in on guilt.

Mother Theresa was so profound.
God's mercy and forgiveness can save us but we must ask for it and many do not. Abortion and sodomy are doing us in, when we stop tolerating it, I am sure America and the rest of the world will be much better off.

I can't believe that they're still calling a full-term DELIVERED baby a fetus; well maybe I can, but it's horrible and leave it to liberal apologists for completely unacceptable acts to lay the groundwork for excusing them.

There's been another "full-term fetus" found. It was under a tree at a golf course east of Wichita, KS. Drove by there today and there were police cars everywhere. Caught a short news story on the radio. No details available just they couldn't tell how long the "fetus" had been there.
Missed the evening news so that's all I've heard about it.
We had 108 degree temp in Wichita today. Surprized anyone was playing golf.

I didn't mean to make light of this tragedy, but who writes these stories? Must be a public school grad. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of the victim. God bless you.

Amen! Thank you so much for the update!

There should be a place to go on the internet to find the info.
You know how they have a section in the paper for announcements Marraige/obits?
A section on horrific deaths like this published would accomplish showing the whole picture.
Maybe even include runaways ect found tossed away like left over scraps.
Ya think that would help?
Remember when they started publishing "Johns" who were caught soliciting prostitutes in order to maybe curb men from going out seeking. Something like that.

Knights of Columbus what a great idea.
Count me in and please contact me if anything comes about.
Has this child been given a name other than baby Doe yet? Maybe the officials do not do this as it will personalize it to much from a working point of view.

Reminds me of what Father said at mass this week.
Our views were once mainstream now society considers up "right wingers".
