Trooper Marshall was ON the SWAT team. If he wasn't there, how did he get shot? For that matter, a neighbor had reportedly seen Scott scooting out of the house BEFORE the shooting started. How could HE have shot the Trooper who wasn't there?
It doesn't matter. CWOJackson said he was scum and that should be good enough for anyone...
The Michigan State Police Emergency Support Team was requested at the scene. The suspect fired two shots at the officers when negotiations were attempted, police said. After the negotiations failed, a state police entry team entered the residence where they were met with gunfire, according to police.
Marshall was shot in the gunfire. He was transported to Gerber Hospital in Fremont and airlifted to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids where he died during surgery, police said.
Trying that one again? You know the neighbor was talking about Tuesday's shooting. Marshall was shot on Monday. Keep trying.
