Can't he be Head of UN under another country? He just bought property in Ireland. To be honest, I don't remember the details, just that he couldn't if he lived here
But say if he did go live in another country .. would he then have to be a citizen of that country to be the head if the UN?
wouldn't he have to give up his citizenship to this country?

Yes he can. It's only an agreement between the 5 permanent members that one of them will not be Sec.Genl. That never stopped x42.

"wouldn't he have to give up his citizenship to this country?" There are countries that allow dual citizenship. I'm not sure which do and which don't, but you can bet that neither of the Clintons does anything without it being part of a bigger scheme geared toward feathering their own nest.
